Flent is cloud software for bike and scooter rental shops. It brings online bookings, the walk-in counter, contracts signed on screen, payments, deposits and fleet management together in one dashboard. It was born at BiciHub, a bike rental shop in Barcelona that uses it every day.

It's built for renting bikes, e-bikes and scooters. It also works for other equipment rented by the hour or by the day: you define the types and the details of each unit.

There's a Free plan (€0), the Pro plan at €39 a month or €390 a year and the Business plan at €89 a month or €890 a year. Each extra shop costs €15 a month on Pro and €25 a month on Business. No commission per booking and no lock-in: you can cancel whenever you want.

Yes. Flent's booking engine is embedded in your website: customers pick dates and vehicles, see the price and book. Then they get a link to view their booking and, if you allow it, cancel it.

Yes. One contract can include several bikes of different types, for example two e-bikes and a city bike, each with its own extras and insurance.

On the Pro and Business plans you connect your own Stripe account or your bank's virtual card gateway (Redsys) and take card payments online; the money goes straight to your account, with no commission per booking. You can also record payments in cash, by card terminal or by bank transfer.

Yes. Flent generates the contract as a PDF and the customer signs it with a finger on a tablet or phone. On the Pro and Business plans, AI reads the ID card or passport and suggests their details, which you check before signing; the AI is included and there's nothing to set up. Changes during the rental are recorded with addenda.

Each vehicle type has its own deposit. You can take it in cash or by card terminal or, for short rentals, hold it on the customer's card (Pro and Business plans). At the end you refund it in full or keep just the cost of a repair, with the reason on record.

It's yours. You can download all of it whenever you want from Settings › Backups, on every plan, including Free. Moving to a lower plan doesn't delete anything. If you close your account, you have 30 days to change your mind before it's deleted.

It's designed for it. The photo of the document is not stored in Flent: it's read, the fields are filled in and it's discarded, and the details are checked before signing. Your shop is the controller of its customers' data and Flent acts as processor, under a data processing agreement published at flent.es/encargo-tratamiento that you accept when you create your account.

No. You sign up with your email, load your fleet and start setting your prices without entering any card.

Yes, on the Business plan. Flent connects to Claude so you can ask about your bookings, fleet or revenue in your own words. It only accesses your company's data, and only if you link it.
